Thierry Muller is an executive transformation leader with Broad experience in transforming and developing organizations. He has Proven track record in leadership, project /program management gathered with Roche and DSM. After spending 15 years driving very successfully ERP implementations and IT units he specialized in transforming organization and cultures. Since 2019 he leads the change and communication effort to make the Digital Transformation of DSM a success. He is passionate about equipping people with behaviors and mindset that will enable them to thrive in a de facto digital world.
Session outline
While IT was the sole responsibility of the IT Department, Digital to be successful needs to be a joint accountability , this requires to rethink the structure and to find ways to integrate the entire ecosystem in the future operating model.
