Bio

Yuji has more than 10 years of experience in technology startups, leading the organizational transformation for business growth, and also contributed to the movement of the next generation of organizations in Japan. In 2021, co-founded r3s.jp, whose purpose is to contribute to the evolution of organizations in the World from Japan.

Session outline

Evolution of organizing is happening all over the world. Based on my experience interviewing 30+ progressive organizations in Japan, and comparing them with world-wide practitioners, I would look into the elements that go beyond the cultural differences.
