Coming from a background in Community Welfare and then Accounting, Jess has spent the last 6 years working with her dad. Beginning with the goal of helping him to create space in his business so that he could eventually sell it or retire, they both were captivated by the journey toward Teal and have deeply exploring organisational development over the last four years.

Session outline

We have been exploring Reinventing Organisations and Teal over the past few years in our family-run business. Our journey toward Teal in the construction industry, while certainly challenging, has been filled with surprise, unexpected shifts, fun connections and immense joy.
