Who are we?

Teal Around The World is a collaborative venture of volunteers with many partners supporting the success of the conference. The legal entity has been signed by representatives from LiveSciences Ag, Atrain and Hive-Logic GmbH

We exist to connect & bring together like-minded people from around the globe to inspire, shape, and accelerate the movement towards a more human-centric and meaningful way of working & living.

Created to do good and give back to the community.

The goal of Teal Around The World GmbH is to reinvest any proceeds in community projects and activities that further support our goals. The directors do not take any payment or dividend from the company.

What is our aspiration?

To create an active community & self-supporting platform that enables those who want to join/shape the movement of raising our collective consciousness and bringing meaning to work & life, to do so uninhibitedly
To inspire change in society & bring teal principles to life in policy, education, government

Values & Beliefs: What is important to us?

Self leadership - the power of “I” over “we” in taking ownership and driving things that we are passionate about or solving problems that are annoying us. We work as a self-organized team and community and believe that autonomy & accountability are two sides of the same coin
Evolutionary purpose - we tune in and listen to the purpose of this entity and shape and evolve our efforts in line with it to create real impact
Wholeness - we bring our whole selves and give room to others to do the same. We assume good intent and seek to empathize with those with whom we engage.
