Session outline

I will cover my personal journey, including first learning about Teal principles and exploring how best to implement them at a prior company. I will then discuss how our Enara Expedition culture work is the bedrock of the company providing specific examples of some of the work we’re doing and its impact. Finally, I will cover a few lessons I’ve learned that may be helpful to others considering their own Teal-inspired organizational journey.
